Connecting with peers in Global Community through Skype
Through peer discussion, students will learn about the various roles and responsibilities of their global peers. Collaborative Primary Pad- Whole Class. 3 sections (Questions, Connections, Notes)
Using TFK, the students will read about the day in the life of a child in Kenya. Compare and Contrast daily life, roles and responsibilities of a child in Kenya to oneself. Synthesize notes into Inspiration
Share & review collaborative notes taken during Global Skpe, Virtual Field Trip and TFK Activities; students work in pairs or small groups (<3) to create concept map to organize and compare/contrast roles of various people, including students, in communities.
